Your brain was made to run on autopilot.
Anytime you do something that can be made into a habit, your brain will eventually program it to run on autopilot. So, all the stuff that makes up your health and weight--eating, moving, sleeping, stressing, and hormones-- are largely controlled by your autopilot brain already.
The problem is that if you don’t intentionally take control of the autopilot programming, you’ll end up with the factory default settings.
And in America, the factory default settings aren’t good. In fact, over 40% of Americans have 1 or more chronic conditions and over two-thirds of us are overweight or obese.
But, it doesn’t have to be that way.
You don’ t have to be at the mercy of your default autopilot programming. Small shifts in an airplane’s course heading, can mean big changes in a plane’s destination.
