Hello! I’m Melissa Tolliver, and I’m a Registered Dietitian with Real Healthy Habits. Life is meant to be enjoyed, and getting healthy can be enjoyable as well! Getting your healthy habits to run on Autopilot is part of living life to the fullest.
Before joining Real Healthy Habits, I’ve helped people with complicated health issues as a dietitian at Huntsville Hospital. I also serve as a nutrition group leader at Magnolia Ranch Recovery, a drug and alcohol recovery clinic. I love helping people optimize their recovery and seize their second chance at life.
I have a zest for life that I bring to all my coaching sessions. Getting to know what motivates you is a key part of my coaching. There is more to health and nutrition than diet drudgery! I can't wait to help you discover this and more.

Hi, I’m Bailey Fast, and I’m your ally in wellness as a Registered Dietitian with Real Healthy Habits. I enjoy working with people of all ages–kids through adults–to help them feel their best.
I have worked in clinics and hospitals in both Alaska and Alabama. I have studied integrative and functional nutrition and incorporate that approach into sessions if desired. Health challenges are different for everyone, so I personalize your plan just for you. Working with you to reach your goals is my passion, so let’s get you feeling good again!
When I am not coaching, I enjoy hiking with my pups and lifting weights. I love vegetables, but I also really enjoy baked goods. I am all about balance and meeting you where you’re at in your health journey. I can’t wait to work with you.

Welcome! I’m Lauren Bush, and I’m a Registered Dietitian with Real Healthy Habits. I’m here to support you as you become the healthiest version of yourself.
Before working at Real Healthy Habits, I worked as a dietitian at Huntsville Hospital and as a dietitian in a long-term care facility. Those experiences gave me a great background in working with complicated medical conditions. But, along the way, I’ve learned that the real challenge for most people is figuring out their personal health habit recipe. There are a million ways to be healthy, but I firmly believe that with the right tools and guidance, together we’ll find your personal recipe. We’ll experiment with habits until we find the ones that are right for you and your lifestyle!
During my off time, I enjoy reading novels, running, and traveling. Of course, I also love good food and cooking! I can't wait to help you on your journey to reach your health and wellness goals.

Treva Garcia, RDN
Hi there, I’m Treva Garcia. As a Registered Dietitian at Real Healthy Habits, I’m passionate about helping people put their personalized health and weight loss habits on Autopilot.
After overcoming my own challenges with thyroid disease and losing 45 pounds, I realized that willpower alone doesn’t work. The key is to make “Autopilot habits” that you enjoy and can keep up long term.
Before founding Real Healthy Habits, I worked with children with special nutritional needs at the State of Alabama’s Children’s Rehabilitation Services. I’ve also coached clients in clinics for the City of Huntsville and the Mercedes-Benz plant in Tuscaloosa.
I have four children who keep me hoppin’, a veggie garden that needs weeding, and running shoes that I try to put on at least 2x/ week.
My clients are my favorite people in the world. I can’t wait to get to know you and help you reach your health and nutrition goals.
