How Health and Nutrition Coaching Works

It’s a simple 3 step process

 

 

STEP #1- INITAL SESSION

We'll start your first session with the "Habit Detective Process." Your dietitian coach will ask you about your goals, what's been going on with your body, your lifestyle, and your preferences. This helps your coach to know which habits make sense for you.

 

 

STEP #2- INITAL SESSION

HABIT PLAN

Then, your coach will give you your customized health habit plan. This will be your roadmap to your nutrition, health, and weight loss goals. You’ll decide as a team which habits to make first and how to personalize them just for you.

 

 

STEP #3 - FOLLOW-UP

AUTOPILOT HABITS

We’ll meet back together every 2-4 weeks. You’ll get the support, guidance, and accountability you need in your monthly sessions. Then, we can meet together until your habits are on autopilot, and you’ve reached your goals.
