+ Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you want. You're not obligated to be in the group for a set length of time. However, plan on a minimum of 4-6 months to get the weight loss habits down that you'll need to lose weight and keep it off. Most people like to continue at least until they reach their goal weight.
+ Do you take medical insurance?
I don't directly accept health insurance at this time.
+ Do you take male weight loss coaching clients?
Although my RHH branding targets women, I have worked with many men on their weight loss goals. This program can be used successfully by women or men (as long as men don't mind purple graphics;-). Couples that do the program together are especially successful as they can support and encourage each other.
+ Does it take longer to lose weight with a habit approach?
Weight loss is very individual, and it's especially so with a personalized habit approach. However, most people are satisfied with the rate at which they lose. They find that their weight loss is not really slower than other methods that they have used in the past. Plus, they aren't dieting, so they are much happier.
+ Do you give out meal and exercise plans?
No. I work with clients to discover which foods and exercise will get them to their health goals, what works with their lifestyle, and what they really enjoy. Although I start with guidelines like meal templates, plans are eventually personalized for you. Meal and exercise plans are usually too specific to work for people long term. I do recommend certain meal planning services if you would like them for convenience.
+ What does the habit planning process look like?
It's very collaborative. You'll decide on your weight loss goals and what success looks like for you. And with my guidance in videos and through the weekly Facebook Live groups, you will ultimately decide which habits to work on, and how you will set up the habit. Although I am the expert on all things nutrition, exercise, and weight loss, you are the expert on you. We are a team, and I treat you as an essential member of that team.

As each person is different, I cannot guarantee that you will lose weight, that you will lose a certain amount of weight, that you will lose weight at a certain rate, or that you will lose weight within a set period of time.
